Sure it’s mushy and a little tacky, but when it’s cold, raining or you’re feeling grumpy mushy chicken salad sandwiches are delicious. Hell, even when it’s warm and your happy, chicken salad is happy to be the icing on the cake. Enough jibber jabber, here’s an amazing specimen of chicken salad sandwich. It’s from the chicken roast masters at ‘La Rotisserie’ in Newton. Did I mention it’s delicious?
