Event Policy

We maintain standard menu pricing while including local sales tax and 20% gratuity for all orders. 

A $600 minimum order is appreciated for all events (before sales tax and 20% gratuity) exceptions are made by request depending on event or small business; please submit an inquiry.  

Each event includes three hours of service time. Additional times and shifts may be added on for $75/ hour. Simply Sandwiches will arrive 60 minutes before your event to prepare for service. Any additional agreed-upon items or changes to agreement will be noted in writing before the day of event, an updated signature will be required for all contract modifications.

Events are rain or shine. It is the client's responsibility or the venue's to provide tents, indoor dining solutions or heaters should the weather become inclement.

** If weather forecast prediction falls below 20 degrees Fahrenheit ; Simply Sandwiches reserves the right to cancel the catering job with a 100% refund 72 hours before the event based on local weather forecast if an indoor crafting solution is unavailable at the venue.
